Shipping & Delivery
1. Cash on Delivery is not available.
2. Delivery charges depend on the location and weight of the order.
3. Deliveries to metro cities (Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Mumbai) take 2-5 business days.
4. Deliveries to the rest of India take 5-10 business days.
5. In case of conflict, the Online Terms and Conditions will prevail over the Delivery Policy.
6. Products purchased through the website will be delivered to a physical address chosen during the ordering process.
7. A confirmation email will be sent once the order is dispatched.
8. Deliveries are performed by a professional courier company engaged by Get Grinz.
9. Delivery is available from 10 AM to 8 PM on weekdays; no deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
10. Customers are advised to provide an office address if unavailable at home during delivery hours.
11. A valid ID and signature may be required at the time of delivery.
12. If delivery is unsuccessful, one or two further attempts will be made, or arrangements will be made for collection from the courier.
13. If delivery cannot be completed despite reasonable attempts, the order may be canceled, and a refund issued, minus administrative and courier costs.
